2016 Xmas Rock music recorded in a Phuket recording studio Thailand

A new 2016 Xmas rock-POP tune has been written, composed and then studio recorded in a Phuket recording studio in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with the key purpose of bringing awareness and exposure for the Phuket island charities and Orphanage that Mark supports. You can listen and read more by going to the Tsunami Day, Phuket website .

The tunes title is: I’m coming home for Christmas and the tracks is a special up-tempo rock n roll song. Mark wrote and partially studio recorded a demo music guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket island and has kept the demo song since then looking forward to the opportunity to record once again. In late August 2016 Mark started the recording process and used session players to record the song durring a six week period. The track consists of 8 differant tracks and all session players were from the Philippines, including the lead artist ‘Micah Javier’.
Even though I’m coming home for Christmas was studio recorded on Phuket island the mixing and mastering was made in the United States due to Mark needed the very best outcome and quality. The track is now ready to be heard and downloaded by going to the ‘Tsunami Day’ Website.
The key aim of studio recording I’m coming home for Xmas is to bring as many people to the Tsunami Day site as we can and then ideally in-turn they’ll be kind enough to give to 1 or all of the Phuket island charities, and to also download the track.
The other absolute goal is to get enough downloads of the song to help fund and setup a Phuket live music pub with open stage and studio / teaching room on Phuket, which will offer free instructions and tuition to local underprivileged kids from the neighborhood colleges and orphanages. To date ‘La QingTing’ is not open yet but the internet site is below. (QingTing means: Dragon Fly in Chinese if you’re wondering).
About: Mark set-up the Tsunami Day web site to advertise his song Tsunami Day which was influenced from his own particular experiences while he was residing in Patong in 2004 once the Tsunami hit Patong on boxing day. Just like ‘I’m Coming Home For Christmas’the song Tsunami Day also brought awareness to regional Phuket Charities and Orphanages. On the ‘Tsunami Day’ web site there’s numerous ways to greatly help including a Thailand Hotel and budget flight booking to Phuket booking system. Every penny helps.
