A brand new 2016 Christmas rock-POP song has been written, composed and then studio recorded in a Phuket recording studios in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with the key goal of getting attention and exposure for the Phuket charities and Orphanage that Mark supports. The tracks name is: I’m coming home for Christmas and the songs sound is a unique up-tempo rock n roll song. Mark wrote and partially studio recorded a demo music guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket and has kept the demo guide since then waiting for the possibility to record once again. In late August 2016 Mark started the studio recording process and used local session players to record the tune over a 6 week period. The songs contains 8 differant tracks and all session players were from the Philippines, including the female lead artist ‘Micah Javier’.
Even though I’m coming home for Christmas was recorded on Phuket island the mixing and mastering was made in the USA as a result of Mark needed the very best result and quality. The music is now ready to be heard and downloaded by visiting the ‘Tsunami Day’ Website.
