For many years I underwent tough times i became driven to learn that these particular things were happening in my experience.
This became certainly one of my life’s greatest challenges. I became so stuck in the victim mindset of why me, that I almost overlooked Inspiration and Wisdom and tests that were being presented before me. Little did I understand, that I is at preparation in my advancement. During those times it felt like I became residing in hell. The perception I had of my experience then wasn’t great, I became more tightly focused inside the negative, full of fear and seeking for somebody or something at fault and assume responsibility.
Then I discovered that I wasn’t the only person experiencing tough times, there where lots of others experiencing tough experiences too. Even though their experiences were a lttle bit different to mine, we were holding still being challenged for the core, so this gave me comfort if you know the cruel journey wasn’t only for me. Because of this understanding I began to provide myself permission to come out of the victim mindset which in fact had me in the mental prison for countless years. The thing is that all people have to endure some tough times at different periods individuals lives and nobody really knows why we have to have these experiences. This then causes us to make a list of what we are able to do over it? Most of the people find here, for that reason question. You tell yourself that you don’t know what to do which basically is often a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.
What you settle upon here will define the way that you will follow. Lets take one example. Maybe you have felt like you were a victim of the circumstance? Here are some that mindset is often a spiralling down into negative emotions you are going to will feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you are down inside the dumps? This is very typical to many people, we now have areas were we’re adamant it is beyond our understanding, so it is easier for us to really make the assumption it is somebody’s fault, when you begin to consider like this commemorate you lose your control of what is happening. Once you get in that frame of mind or belief it’s very tough to leave it, you will require something a lot more powerful than that frame of mind so that you can be free.
At this time lots of people are asleep, in order that they have to wake off their slumber. When you are wake something changes, you in turn become mindful of the way you happen to be playing small, and are getting to be a victim. An individual will be mindful of this you open a door on your perception to change. The journey of being positive starts here this also experience is the thing that I call a shift right into a new way of thinking. This transitioning time of transformation is usually slow but definitely worth the wait.
You know that transitioning generally is a challenging time while focusing on letting go of the old so the new can emerge. Many of us find change tough to handle as by nature we quite often deal with any change, because we would rather sit and dwell in the things that we’re familiar with that’s otherwise called the safe place. In the safe place many people we dwell there for too long periods, what we don’t realise is that change will happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it will be usually all set with all the flow as opposed to resisting and fighting. For you to accept the change and turn into in flow from it you’ll want a confident perception of situations that you’re going through.
One of the most challenging question that many people ask is how to stay positive? Generally we’re creatures of habit we find just changing a very important factor from our usual pattern rather painful but it is consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience have a tendency to brings ideal results.
