Sex with animals is eternally fascinating. Negligence our brain that registers disgust also seems to accommodate our primal instincts, and with bestiality, often there is the intoxicating fear that at the bottom of that revulsion is our own libido. We’ve internalised enough Freud to learn, or think we understand, that what we should repress is the thing that we want. But the fascination is also aesthetic and intellectual – bestiality is really unnatural we can not help but admire its artistic duality.
