1. A: Hawthorne effect. The name comes from studies of workers in a factory called Hawthorne Works during the early the main 20th century. The study discovered that when workers know they’re being monitored in an cmq/oe certification, the final results with the experiment are usually distinct from those achieved by workers involved in a similar experiment that are unaware they are being monitored.
