For quite some time I had difficult times and i also became driven to learn why these things were happening in my experience.
This became among my life’s greatest challenges. I used to be so stuck in a victim mindset of why me, that I almost overlooked Life lessons and tests that have been being presented before me. Little did I know, that I is at preparation for my advancement. In those days it felt like I used to be residing in hell. The perception I needed of my experience then wasn’t great, I used to be focused inside the negative, filled with fear looking for somebody or something the culprit and be responsible.
Then I ran across that I wasn’t on your own under-going difficult times, there where lots of others under-going tough experiences too. Despite the fact that their experiences were a lttle bit dissimilar to mine, these were still being challenged on the core, which means this provided comfort understanding that the hard journey wasn’t just for me. For this reason understanding I started to provide myself permission to result from the victim mindset which in fact had me in a mental prison for countless years. The thing is all people have to go through some difficult times at different periods of our lives and no-one really knows why we should instead have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves might know about can do regarding it? Many people find yourself in trouble here, because of this question. You tell yourself you do not know what to do which basically is really a recipe for mental bondage that results in the victim mindset.
Everything you decide to do here will define the road that you’re going to follow. Lets take a good example. Have you felt as if you were a target from a circumstance? What follows that mindset is really a spiralling down into negative emotions you’ll begin to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you’re down inside the dumps?
