2016 Christmas Rock-POP music recorded in a Phuket recording studio Thailand

A fresh 2016 Xmas rock song has been written, created and then recorded in a Phuket recording studios in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with the key aim of getting awareness and exposure for the Phuket charity and children’s Orphanages that Mark supports. You can listen and read more by going to the Tsunami Day web site .

The tunes name is: I’m coming home for Christmas and the tracks sound is a distinctive up-tempo rock/rock-pop song. Mark wrote and partially studio recorded a demo song guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket island and has kept the demo song since then looking forward to the opportunity to record once again. In late August 2016 Mark started the recording process and used session musicians to record the music over a six week period. The track contains 8 differant tracks and all session musicians were from the Philippines, including the lead vocalist ‘Micah Javier’.
Although I’m coming home for Christmas was studio recorded on Phuket the mixing and mastering was made in the United States as a result of Mark wanted the most effective outcome and quality. The music is currently ready to be heard and downloaded by going to the ‘Tsunami Day’ Website.
The main purpose of recording I’m coming home for Xmas is to bring as many folks to the Tsunami Day web site as we are able to and then we hope in-turn they will be kind enough to donate to 1 or any of the Phuket island charities, and to also buy the song.
One other definitive goal is to have enough downloads of the tune to help fund and set up a Phuket live music club with open stage and studio / teaching room on Phuket, that’ll offer free classes and tuition to local underprivileged children from the neighborhood schools and orphanages. Up to now ‘La QingTing’ is not open yet but the internet site is below. (QingTing means: Dragon Fly in Chinese if you’re wondering).
About: Mark set-up the Tsunami Day internet site to advertise his music Tsunami Day which was inspired from his own particular experiences while he was residing in Patong in 2004 when the Tsunami devistated Patong on boxing day. Much like ‘I’m Coming Home For Christmas’the track Tsunami Day also brought awareness to local Phuket Charities and Orphanages. On the ‘Tsunami Day’ site there’s numerous methods to greatly help including a Thailand Hotel and cheap flight booking to Thailand booking system. Every cent helps.
